How does it work?

• Locate your journal on Library Search It may already be available online, if not it will list where the physical journal is held
• Click on the "Request" links If it's held in the Research Reserve you'll see this option
• Complete all article details then submit your request This allows us to quickly find your article without any delays
• We'll locate and scan your article This usually takes less than 24 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays
• You'll receive a secure download link via email* Simply login with your Campus ID and password*

* Electronic delivery only available for staff and students of Newcastle University (with Campus ID and password), a hard copy alternative is available for registered external patrons.

⁺ Medical Faculty staff can also request delivery of scanned articles from the Walton Library's printed journal collection.
